As the Director of Pillow Fight Championship India, Neeraj Goyat brings his vast experience, discipline, and vision to develop this innovative sport in a professional and structured manner. His leadership ensures world-class standards, athlete safety, and the growth of Pillow Fight Championship as an exciting, inclusive, and globally recognized sporting format in India.

Shivam Suppal is a dynamic sports professional and the Managing Director of Pillow Fight Championship India, with over 12 years of experience in the sports industry. He has played a key role in introducing and developing innovative sports formats while building structured and professional platforms for athletes across India.

In addition to leading Pillow Fight Championship India, Shivam is actively associated with the Professional Boxing Organisation India and the Goalball Federation of India, where he serves as Joint Secretary, contributing to athlete development, event execution, and organizational growth. He is also the Managing Director of Elite Sports Management and Promotions, a registered sports management company specializing in professional sports events, talent management, and brand collaborations.
